Over seven days, you’ll explore Iceland’s geothermal wonders, dramatic coastlines, waterfalls, and volcanic landscapes — woven together with daily meditation and yoga, restorative spa experiences, and thoughtfully paced exploration. With private transportation, curated wellness programming, and expert local guidance, this retreat offers the space to slow down, reset, and return home feeling grounded, energized, and deeply restored.
This retreat is led by two dedicated wellness professionals who shape every practice, treatment, and quiet moment.

Meaghan is a compassionate yoga instructor dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where students of all backgrounds and experience levels feel supported and seen. Through a balanced blend of dynamic flow and gentle stillness, she guides practitioners on a journey inward, weaving movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation into each practice. A lifelong educator, Meaghan owns Breathe Yoga studio in Polson, Montana. When not on the mat she enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling, and time with her husband Frank, stepson Jack, and two pups, Roxy and Buford.

Julie is a holistic wellness practitioner with twenty-two years of experience as an esthetician and fifteen years in therapeutic massage, supporting relaxation, circulation, and emotional balance. A Level Three Reiki practitioner, she incorporates sound healing for energetic alignment and restoration. Licensed in California and Montana, she owns Lakehouse Skin and Wellness in Polson, MT, using all-natural, non-toxic, plant-based skincare alongside facial cupping, lymphatic drainage, and facial sculpting. Her goal for every guest: to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and fully aligned in mind, body, and spirit.
Arrive in Iceland and transfer privately to Reykjavík. Begin with an Opening Circle to set intentions and arrive together, followed by an iconic geothermal bathing experience, breathwork, and a deeply calming Yin Yoga practice to release travel fatigue — with time for journaling and quiet integration.
Begin the day with gentle Vinyasa Yoga to awaken the body before visiting Hvammsvík Hot Springs, where yoga, ocean-side geothermal pools, and mindful stillness invite deep restoration. Continue to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, allowing the coastal landscapes to support presence and reflection.
Enjoy optional outdoor yoga (weather permitting), followed by slow exploration of Snæfellsnes' volcanic landscapes and the Silver Circle. Waterfall visits and a restorative geothermal soak are paired with journaling and quiet time to process and integrate.
After a grounding Vinyasa Yoga practice, explore the Golden Circle's powerful natural sites, including Þingvellir National Park, geysers, and Gullfoss. The day concludes with relaxation at a scenic geothermal lagoon and an evening Restorative Yoga session focused on deep rest and nervous-system balance.
Travel along Iceland's South Coast, visiting waterfalls, black sand beaches, and expansive viewpoints with an emphasis on mindful pacing. Return to Hveragerði for a soothing Yin Yoga practice, journaling, and optional solitude to integrate the day's experiences.
Begin with Restorative Yoga, then visit a geothermal park before returning to Reykjavík for personal reflection or gentle exploration. Gather in the evening for a Closing Circle, offering space for integration, reflection, and grounding before departure.
After breakfast, enjoy a final moment of quiet grounding before private transfer to Keflavík Airport — departing feeling centered, restored, and renewed.
